FAQ

Practical answers before you start a software project

GujjuTicks answers the questions founders ask first — timelines, ownership, pricing shape, remote work, and what happens after launch.

Service pages have deeper FAQs for specific offers. This page covers the cross-cutting questions most founders and operators ask first.

Getting started

How do we start a project?

Send a short brief via Contact or WhatsApp. We reply within about one business day, ask clarifying questions, and recommend a discovery workshop, scoped build, or support retainer.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We are based in Gujarat, India, and work with clients locally and online. Weekly demos and updates usually happen by video, email, or WhatsApp.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused website often lands in about 3–6 weeks. A custom app or MVP is commonly about 6–12 weeks. We confirm timeline only after we understand the scope — not before.

Scope, ownership & money

Will we own the code?

Yes. Project deliverables and ownership are agreed in writing before build work begins. We design for handoff, not lock-in.

How does pricing work?

We price against a clear scope — workshop, project build, or monthly support. We share ranges and confirm investment after discovery. We do not invent fake exact price tables for undefined work.

What if we need changes mid-build?

Small clarifications are normal. Larger scope changes are discussed openly — we adjust timeline or investment rather than silently expanding the work.

Delivery & after launch

How do you keep us updated?

Weekly demos you can click, plus direct updates by email or WhatsApp. You talk to the build team — not a long chain of intermediaries.

What tech stack do you use?

We favour practical stacks for the job — often Laravel and modern web UI for products and admin tools, with APIs, hosting, and mobile-ready experiences when needed. See Technology for details.

Can you maintain the product after launch?

Yes. Many clients keep us on for fixes, small features, and hosting upkeep. Ongoing support is a separate engagement after go-live.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly — a short message is enough.
